Third Office opens new flexible office solution in Green Ohio at 3570 Executive Dr

Owner Hexagon Investments LLC teamed up with us at the Third Office to create a little over 3,200 square feet of flexible office space. Hexagon’s Executive Dr property survived the COVID pandemic well, however they were suffering from vacancy and were having a hard time filling their spaces. Our partnership allowed Hexagon to see a great return on their vacant spaces with in a very short amount of time and allowed for occupancy with in weeks not months of being on the market. We look forward to many more partnerships as we expand our footprint.
